At DC Total Fitness we find the most effective ways for you to achieve the results you want – while understanding you have a busy life. There’s no secret or fads. We simply need you to commit yourself to a tailored training programme, with the same dedication we provide to you. We won’t ask you to do anything that’s not tried and tested. We know from experience what works.
We’ll work with you to fit quality training sessions around your busy schedule and to manange your nutrition.
Most importantly, we don’t endorse any fad diets. We won’t ask you you starve yourself. You won’t have to alienante yourself from family and friends or miss out on any social events.
The ladies at DC Total Fitness tell us that they feel a new lease of life while they can still eat, enjoy themselves and really have a laugh during the sessions. Our programmes are underpinned by support and through sensible training and health choices we will help you get into that dress you haven’t been able to get into your own. Our approach is not to look to what we can take out of your regular diet, but to build around what you are doing already. We want to make your body the most efficient it can be and let your metabolism do the rest – so you can enjoy the good times without constantly worrying about getting fat.
Our approach to training women is a little different
Whilst we use similar techniques and programs for women as we use for our men training, it’s the small things that make the biggest differences. We want you to achieve long terms goals and to maintain real fitness and wellbeing. We’ve worked with hundreds of women, but you are not just a number. You are unique with your own needs and they are all taken into account on a personal basis.
