With a fantastic exercise programme, David knows exactly how to encourage, motivate, push and entertain his clients! He helped me understand the importance of correct form – once you’ve got this right, it never leaves you. When I thought I couldn’t do something I was never allowed to give in, it was broken down to help me manage it, which always meant that without realising it, I would achieve what I believed to be impossible. No shouting, no humiliation just pure encouragement and belief. My best result from training with David? Completing a Sprint Triathlon when all odds were stacked against me! I can’t recommend David enough, he has shown me that I can do anything with a bit of hard work!
