How DC Total fitness began

DC Total Fitness was created by David Choules. After a rugby career that was cut-short by injuries, and after a spell working for London Wasps, David found there was a need for gym clients of all abilities to feel confident both psychologically and physically.

Combining his degree from Bath University and his fitness knowledge David, covers all aspects of health and fitness. Huge enthusiasm and passion for every client has led DC Total Fitness to become a leading centre in providing bespoke training and nutritional plans to a large variety of clients across Reading and the South.
